Ekaterina Svaytser, after graduating from St. Petersburg State University, lived and worked in the USA for several years. She gained her first work experience in Russia at the luxurious Talion Imperial Hotel, honing her sales and event management skills, which later found reconciliation in establishing her own restaurant.
If in all joint gastronomic projects Dhiraj is the initiator, ideological inspirer and organizer of the process (on a global scale), then Ekaterina is responsible for the atmosphere, daily control, innovations and “pleasant trifles”, and there are no trifles in this matter… Ekaterina and Dhiraj have opened several more restaurants in St. Petersburg, Kenya and South Sudan.
